You can pay $ 15 in advance for the sketch, and the rest after you approve the sketch OR pay full upfront.
$ 15 for the sketch is not refundable. If you already pay full upfront but later decide to cancel the commission even though I've sent you the sketch, I'll refund the payment minus $ 15 for each sketch already made.
